I started on a hp with a 2.4ghz Ht P4 and 512 RAM so you could do it it would just take all day for 1 which is what happened to me

don't say that a lot of your stuff is good my only recommendation is the decrease the amount of brightness in your art

I guess I shall try that. I find if it's too dark, it's dull. Also, I don't have Photoshop to make things shiner right now...

You don't need dark just a lot of yours have splotches of pure white and that looks wierd change the contrast or brightness or mess with the gradient functions and its an easy fix and you can still keep the same effect just without the blotches
